I am so psyched out! I have heard of UTUBE from my children and they have shown me some of the funniest stuff. I now can participate. I am 40 years old and love to learn new things on the computer. I had been blind since the age of 16, when a truck crossed the line and hit me head on. Now I can see better and am able to do things that I have been hearing about for years. there are three things that really distinguish youtube from other video hosting sites: sheer volume, clean interface, and the flash player works better than any other on low-power machines. you guys are shooting yourself in the foot and then in the other foot, make your cluttery additions (they will appeal to kids and turn off many others) opt-in like this desktop gadget, not opt-out.
